I will be using *****************, I suggest you do, TOO!!! Brilliance is not BBB accredited for a reason. I called ***************** who told me that not only will they inspect my Tahoe at no charge, but will handle any UAC warranty claims that I purchased through Brilliance, as well. I'm afraid to bring the *** back for the radio that doesn't work because they will charge me for that, too. This is by far not my first negative experience with them, I purchased a Buick from them who's trans went out within a year and had to tack on what I owed for that car on top of another. Recently purchased 2 cars kia ***** and ***** Tahoe, on 11/22/21 on 12/16/21 and after bringing the Tahoe back 3 times for bad brake vacuum pump, unbalanced tires, and broken bumper cover, (do they even inspect these cars before selling them?!) they are trying to charge me for repair, and ****** told me I was lying about the bumper cover and that I must be the cause of the damage on after the purchase. Brilliance Honda's high turnover of employee's & the experiences their customers have with said staff is PERHAPS a direct reflection of how this company treats their employees.

They all exude attitudes of people who hate their jobs and just trying to "fake it till they make it" All except for *** and **** who are obviously the only tenured service advisors there for a reason and know how to do their jobs.

Now, I've bought cars from Brilliance for a decade now only because of their sales staff, their service staff on the other hand is consistently comprised of a bunch of cynical people who don't belong in customer service because they condescend to people, don't listen, and treat customers like they have no idea what they are talking about, ****** called me liar and continued to do so after I assured him that I wasn't and don't need to lie. Rob and the Sales staff do a wonderful job at putting you in the vehicle of your dreams, they listen, care, and help. They have provided NO ACTIONS regarding this matter. I have not received ANY RESPONSE/COMMUNICATION/RESOLUTION FROM BRILLIANCE AFTER ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED. The next business day, I called Brilliance Honda service and spoke with *** who informed me there was NOTHING I could do as I MUST have the ACTUAL DEAD battery in my possession (that the dealer installed with a 100 month warranty) and all of the documentation from the dealership regarding my battery issues going back to November 26, 2013!! I DID HAVE ALL THIS INFO AND FAXED ALL DETAILS TO BRILLIANCE SVC **** MGR *************************. I have receipts for this new battery (cost me $249.39).

He stated that I need to go directly to obtain a new battery that night. The battery in my car was installed by Brilliance service on May 14, 2018-still under warranty however, the dealer was not available this night! The mechanic recommended that I drive directly to Advance Auto Parts in Lake Zurich-they have the proper battery compatible with my vehicle and they can install it as soon as I can drive there. Once he jumped my car it will run as long as I do NOT shut it off. I was informed by the roadside assistance mechanic that the current battery in my vehicle is dead.

The night before Thanksgiving Nov 2021, my car was completely DEAD again in my driveway! I had to contact roadside assistance to jump my car because I had an urgent appointment I had to drive to THAT night and no other means of transportation. This problem is documented with the dealership as a "defect" or possible "recall" item for my 2013 Honda CRV - however they will not take any responsibility for my frequent dead battery issues. As of 2013, I purchased my vehicle (brand new) from Brilliance Honda, I constantly have problems with my car battery GOING COMPLETELY DEAD PREMATURELY WITH NO EXPLANATION! Over the years, I have made numerous attempts to obtain appropriate customer service from this dealership.
